The Ariosa Singers, an independent and exciting youth choir based in Swansea, Wales, is directed by Penny Ryan OBE FRSA with Hywel Evans BMus, accompanist. They rehearse weekly and give around ten performances each year. There are video slide-shows with music on You Tube and My Space
The singers have a wide repertoire of classical and lighter music as well as modern arrangements and commissioned works. Their annual concert tours have taken them to Dublin, Prague and Paris. We are delighted to announce that Natalya Romaniwhas agreed to be Music Patron of the Ariosa Singers. Natalya is Welsh Singer of the Year and a participant in the Cardiff Singer of the World 2009.
